In today’s blog, we will be learning the actions we commonly do when we are stressed.

 

스트레스 = stress

받다 = receive

받을 때 = when I receive

 

울어요 = Cry

잠을 자요 = Sleep

먹어요 = Eat

춤을 춰요 = Dance

쇼핑 해요 = Shop

게임 해요 = Play Games

소리 질러요 = Scream

그림 그려요 = Draw

명상을 해요 = Meditate

친구들이랑 얘기해요 =Talk to friends

음악을 들어요 = Listen to music

예능을 봐요 = Watch variety shows

아무것도 안 해요 = Don’t do anything

 

You can call these actions 스트레스 푸는법 which means “ways to destress”.
